ABOUT MEGAN
Megan holds a Graduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology from The University of Melbourne and a Masters in Applied Psychology (Sport) from Monash University.

She has extensive experience working with elite athletes, including roles with the Australian Swim Team during national event camps and as a psychologist with the Australian Youth Team. Her work with athletes has included performance enhancement, athlete life-skills development, family counselling, and supporting the unique psychological needs of female athletes.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Megan has developed particular expertise in the psychological aspects of concussion and post-concussion recovery. She works with both athletes and members of the general community experiencing prolonged or complex concussion symptoms, including post-concussion syndrome, persistent headaches, cognitive difficulties, fatigue, anxiety, and challenges returning to sport, work, or study.

Megan is highly experienced in supporting individuals dealing with the uncertainty and emotional impact that can accompany lingering concussion symptoms. Her approach focuses on helping patients understand their symptoms, rebuild confidence, manage anxiety, and safely progress through recovery.

She has also worked as part of the Pain Management Team at the Victorian Rehabilitation Centre and in private practice, assisting individuals with persistent pain and injury-related conditions to optimise recovery. Her work addresses concentration and relaxation skills, emotional responses to injury, sleep disturbance, and family dynamics.
