ABOUT JESS
Jess graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice, and has a strong clinical focus on concussion assessment, rehabilitation and return-to-sport management.
Jess is trained in the ImPACT Concussion Method and CCMI (Complete Concussion Management Inc.), with a particular interest in the rehabilitation of vestibular, oculomotor and exercise intolerance presentations following concussion. She works closely with athletes, adolescents and active individuals experiencing ongoing dizziness, balance dysfunction, visual disturbances, headaches and delayed recovery following sports-related concussion.
Her rehabilitation approach combines evidence-based concussion management, targeted vestibular and oculomotor rehabilitation, graded return-to-exercise protocols and individualised strength and conditioning programs to support safe and effective recovery.
Jess has experience working with several sporting organisations, including the Eastern Ranges Football Club in 2024, and the NBL1 Kilsyth Cobras and Park Orchards Sharks in 2025, supporting athletes across junior and elite sporting environments.
She is passionate about delivering thorough, patient-centred care with a strong focus on long-term recovery, performance and reducing the risk of recurrent injury. Having rehabilitated her own ACL rupture in 2018 and returned to high-level netball with Ariels, Jess understands the physical and psychological demands involved in rehabilitation and return to sport.
